VFIS' Education and Training team is staffed by active emergency service personnel with more than 400 years of combined emergency service experience.We have a proud tradition and history of being an emergency services leader in providing our clients with quality training programs that are timely and proven risk management tools.
Every year, more than 100,000 injuries and over 100 deaths occur to emergency responders (both fire and EMS personnel) during training or on actual emergency calls. It is our goal to help reduce that number. We have trained more than 175,000 emergency services personnel since 2006. VFIS delivered 354 classes, had over 20,000 participants in 2014 and we offer more client educational products than any other emergency service insurance program.
